Notes About This Drawing

For a bit of fun, here is a parade of all the Shillibeer liveried vehicles as was never seen in real life.
To the left is the sponsorship seeking RM2 as it appeared in 1978. The twelve celebratory Routemasters then follow, displaying the route blinds from their third three-month scheduled operation (see notes about this in the RM2204 drawing). I photographed them all between the 30th September and 26th November 1979 and the advertisements and blind displays have been derived from those photographs.
At the right-hand end of the parade are RCL2221, from a photograph taken at the Battersea Park parade earlier in 1979 and DMS2646, taken in October of that year.
